HealthKit Data: The App accesses and may store the following HealthKit data to provide its features:
Dietary Water: Used for hydration tracking, recommendations, and displaying visual metrics.
Exercise Minutes: Used to calculate hydration recommendations and display visual metrics.
Dietary Caffeine: Used to calculate hydration recommendations and display visual metrics.
Mindfulness Minutes: Used to track breathing exercises and display visual metrics.
Other Information:
We may collect other data that is stored in UserDefaults and not shared with any other sources. This data is used for the core functionality of the app.
How We Use Your Information
App Functionality: We use the collected information to operate the core features of the App, which include breathing exercises, productivity tools, and hydration tracking.
Data Storage: Your information is stored locally on your device, optionally within Apple’s HealthKit, and/or within UserDefaults. We do not store any user data on our own servers.
No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell or share your personal or health information with any third parties for advertising or other purposes beyond the essential operation of the app.
Data Security
We rely on Apple's built-in security measures and your device's security features to safeguard your data. Data stored in HealthKit benefits from Apple’s encryption and privacy controls.
Data Retention
The data collected by the App will be stored until you uninstall the App or choose to delete it. Note that HealthKit data may persist even after app deletion.
Control Over Your Information
You can control the App's access to HealthKit data through the settings of the Health app on your device. Additionally, you may delete your locally stored data by uninstalling the App.
Children's Privacy
